The new Power Watchdog Smart Surge Protector with Emergency Shutoff from Hughes Autoformers offers 3,000 joules advanced surge protection for your coach. By using advanced circuit analysis, this surge protector will automatically shut off your power if it detects voltage entering dangerous levels. When levels stabilize for at least 90 seconds, it will turn your power back on without you having to reset anything.

    Watchdog 30amp ESP

    It is a great improvement on my previous surge protector We had a 50amp Watchdog on our 43 ft 5th wheel so not new to the product line. So far very happy with the 30 amp model

    Huge improvement

    The Smart Surge Protector by Huges is a huge improvement over my old PowerSav surge protector. The added feature of being able to leash it is a relief too. These items are not cheap and RV parks are notorious for 5 finger discounters walking away with your purchase. Also, this unit has had no issue like my other one had where my Xantrex Inverter/Charger would not recognize the power from the pedestal at homebase with the powerSav surge protector plugged in. i'm very happy with my purchase.
