Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple-shipment order.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

All orders identified as corporate or bulk purchases may be subject to restocking fees, return restrictions, and other conditions as outlined in the Refund Policy. A bulk purchase is defined as any purchase of 10 or more of the same sku and/or product.  Bulk order eligibility will be at the sole discretion of  MobileMustHave.com (edited) 

Peplink Licensing

All Peplink licenses purchased through MobileMustHave.com are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These licenses, once applied to a product, are considered fully utilized and cannot be transferred or cancelled. Customers are advised to carefully review their license requirements and terms before purchasing.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MobileMustHave.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. MobileMustHave.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-Of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

  • Reviews should exclude any form of hate speech, including but not limited to, discriminatory language, offensive remarks, and personal attacks.

Exclusions:

  • Reviews cannot be based solely on the price of the product. Price-related opinions are not considered a part of product quality and service reviews.
  • Reviews based on MobileMustHave's customer service experience are separate from product reviews. We employ Google reviews to gauge our ability to provide customer service and each customer is offered to participate in the Google site reviews via the Google invite provided post checkout. Negative reviews about customer service posted on product or services pages are excluded and subject to removal as they do not reflect the product itself. 

Verified Purchasers:

Only reviews from verified purchasers at MobileMustHave.com are accepted. This helps ensure the authenticity and reliability of the feedback.

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where MobileMustHave.com holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES PROVEN IN A COURT OF LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM’ LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and acknowledge that ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM shall not be liable to you for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary losses which may be incurred by you arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, products, or Services, including any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, or any loss of data suffered by you; or
  • Any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of: (i) any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the Platform, products, or Services; (ii) any changes that ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM may make to the Platform, products, or Services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the Services (or any features within the Services); (iii) the deletion of, corruption of, unauthorized access to, or failure to store, any content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the Platform or the Services; (iv) the use of any products or services obtained on or through the Platform; or (v) any other matter relating to the Platform, Services, Platform Content, or Comments.

The limitations on ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM’ liability to you in this Section shall apply whether or not ENTERGY GROUP, LLC DBA MOBILEMUSTHAVE.COM has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising, and will survive these Terms and your use of the Platform, products, and Services.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MobileMustHave.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. MobileMustHave.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MobileMustHave.com will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
