MMH Exclusive BLU Technology Warranty

MobileMustHave.com Limited Lifetime Warranty for Blu Technology Products

Effective Date: June 4th, 2025

This Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by MobileMustHave.com, a division of Entergy Group, LLC (“MobileMustHave”), and applies exclusively to original purchases of Blu Technology products (“Products”) made directly from MobileMustHave.com. This Warranty is intended to supplement and extend the coverage provided by Blu Technology LLC during the manufacturer’s one-year warranty period, as outlined at https://goblutech.com/policies/refund-policy.  If you would like to upgrade to our free limited lifetime warranty, you must register within 90 days of your purchase here to qualify: WARRANTY REGISTRATION.

1. Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, MobileMustHave.com warrants to the original purchaser that eligible Blu Technology products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines for the lifetime of the product, beginning after the expiration of the manufacturer’s one-year limited warranty.

2. Eligibility Requirements

  • This Warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from MobileMustHave.com.
  • Products must be used exclusively for personal, non-commercial applications.
  • Products must be operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s published guidelines and recommendations.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to degradation of seals, gaskets, filters, O-rings, and softener resin.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification, repair or disassembly.
  • Damage due to freezing, dropping, impact, or negligence.
  • Damage from exposure to saltwater, brackish water, or corrosive sea air.
  • Minor corrosion or discoloration at stainless steel weld points that does not impact product performance.
  • Dissatisfaction with water taste, odor, or filtration ability, which is typically caused by source water conditions and not a defect in the product.
  • LED lights are a consumable product and are excluded from coverage of this warranty.

4. Claims Process

To initiate a claim under this Warranty, the customer must contact MobileMustHave Customer Service by emailing info@mobilemusthave.com or calling 959-800-0300. The customer must provide proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs if requested. Warranty claims will be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of MobileMustHave’s Customer Service Department.  Upon request, customer must return warrantied item in order to have claim processed.

5. Manufacturer Warranty Period

During the first year following purchase, all warranty claims will be administered exclusively by Blu Technology LLC, in accordance with their warranty policies available at https://goblutech.com/policies/refund-policy. MobileMustHave’s Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

6. Limitations of Liability

MobileMustHave’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion. In no event shall MobileMustHave’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. MobileMustHave shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind.

7. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Warranty, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Concord, New Hampshire, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire without regard to its conflict of law principles. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

8. Entire Agreement

This Warranty constitutes the entire understanding between MobileMustHave and the customer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
