What's the difference between RoamLink Wireless & Carrier-Direct Plans?
RoamLink Wireless operates using the cellular towers of all major US based cellular providers. Unlike other MVNO's we operate our own core network outside of the carriers meaning the carriers cannot de-prioritize our network traffic or throtle speeds allowing us to provide priority network access on multiple carriers.
Carrier-direct plans are plans that run directly on the carrier networks sold by MobileMustHave. These plans run on a single network and are subject to deprioritization to phone traffic but offer the lowest possible prices for high gb access in many cases.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Contact our support team for assistance.
Can I use my plan outside the United States?
Currently RoamLink operates only inside the United States. We are actively negotiating roaming agreements outside the US. Join our newsletter at the bottom of the page for up to date information on international options for the future.
What equipment do I need for these plans?
All MobileMustHave plans run exclusevly on Pelink devices. MobileMustHave chooses to exclusely use Peplink devices because of their reliability and low support costs to the customer. Don't own or want to own a Peplink device? Consider our RoamLink Connect plans which include a device as part of your service!
Is there a contract or can I cancel at any time?
RoamLink agreements are for 30 days. Customers can cancel service at anytime before the billing cycle renewal date in your agreement. This allows you to cancel or modify your plan at any time for the next 30 day billing cycle.
