Who is RoamLink Wireless?

Roamlink is a Wireless Carrier or MVNO owned and operated by MobileMustHave and our parent company Entergy Group, LLC. RoamLink operates as an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and has partner roaming agreements with the cellular carriers that own and operate the cellular towers. RoamLink Wireless is not a "reseller" and operates its own network as an MVNO.

Can these plans be shut down?

As an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) RoamLink controls all aspects how network traffic is routed once the cellular radio frequencies leave the tower. Our roaming agreements with the cellular tower operators specifically allow us to provide service to our customers and are not in danger of being shut down as commonly seen with companies reselling carrier direct data plans.

What carriers are supported via Roamlink?

Currently RoamLink operates inside the United States utilizing AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile and US Cellular towers for seamless connectivity.

Can these plans be throttled or de-prioritized?

RoamLink operates our own network and only rely on the major cellular providers for cellular towers and cellular radio connectivity. As such the cellular providers cannot see our network traffic and cannot throttle, deprioritize or otherwise alter traffic on our network. RoamLink Wireless does have the ability to optimize traffic and traffic shape traffic as outlined in our Wireless Terms of Service. We endevor to provide the fastest possible speeds while also ensuring our network remains fast and healthy for all customers.

What is "Priority Data"?

Because RoamLink Wireless operates as a true MVNO, the cellular providers do not route our network traffic after the cellular tower. This means that they cannot "deprioritize" our network traffic to phone traffic or other traffic as that is all done at the network level (and they dont have access to our network). RoamLink does not sell phones and as such all traffic on our network is data traffic and is considered "Priority". We also do not lease or rent the network layer from the carriers and instead operate an external network from the carriers. The result is typically faster speeds to that seen with carrier direct plans that are deprioritized to other priority traffic.

Is Unlimited Really Unlimited?

RoamLink Wireless and RoamLink Connect plans operating on unlimited plans are high capacity plans designed to be used for full-time use. RoamLink Wireless reserves the right to impose a 25mbps speed restriction on any single line that has consumed 1.5TB of data in a single billing period.

Is the hardware difficult to set up?

No, RoamLinks's hardware is designed for plug-and-play functionality, making setup quick and hassle-free. Simply connect the device, and you're ready to go.

Are the data plans reliable for continuous use?

Yes, RoamLink's data plans are certified by carriers for full-time use, ensuring reliable connectivity wherever you go.

What does carrier-certified mean?

Choosing carrier-certified hardware and data plans ensures reliable connectivity, security, and support, while obtaining devices from non-certified or unreliable sources can lead to compatibility issues, poor performance, security risks, sudden disconnection of service and lack of support. MobileMustHave is partnered with Peplink to bring you hardware that just works!

What carriers are supported via Roamlink?

All RoamLink plans works on all major US carriers: Utilizing AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile towers for seamless connectivity.

What does no throttling mean?

"No throttling" on data plans means that the internet service provider (ISP) does not intentionally slow down (or throttle) your internet speed after you have used a certain amount of data within your billing cycle.

In many data plans, ISPs often impose a data cap or threshold. After you exceed this threshold, they might reduce your internet speed, effectively throttling your connection, to manage network congestion and ensure fair usage among all users. Our plans don't have this speed limit, meaning your connection speed will remain consistent regardless of how much data you use.

This is particularly attractive to users who require high-speed internet for activities such as streaming, gaming, or extensive downloading and uploading without worrying about a reduction in speed due to heavy usage. If you are a power user, check out our RoamLink Duo Unlimited and RoamLink Solo 5G Unlimited plans.

What happens if i hit my plan data limit?

Customers that hit their data limits will be throttled to 64kbps speeds. If you hit your data limit you can reach out to customer service and increase your plan size easily which will be effective same day providing a larger plan is available at that time.

Are there contracts or commitments?

RoamLink agreements are for 30 days. Customers can cancel service at anytime before the billing cycle renewal date in your agreement. This allows you to cancel or modify your plan at any time for the next 30 day billing cycle.
