What A Command Center Is

A Complete Network, Not A Router In A Box

Most portable connectivity projects turn into an integration job: a router here, antennas there, a battery pack, a power supply, SIM cards from three carriers, and someone on your team learning cellular bands and WAN policies on deadline. A ToughSignal case arrives as one engineered system.

Routing

Enterprise Peplink Inside

MAX BR1 Pro 5G, BR2 Pro 5G, or BR2 X65 — SpeedFusion-licensed, InControl2 managed, with WAN failover and bonding your IT team can actually configure.

Antennas

Antennas Built Into The Case

7-in-1 or 11-in-1 Parsec arrays give every modem a full 4x4 MIMO set. No antenna stands, no coax runs, no roof mounts at each site.

Power

Onboard Battery Power

Integrated Omnicharge lithium systems run the network before shore power exists, then recharge from AC or USB-C when it does.

Connectivity

Data And SIMs Provisioned

RoamLink multi-carrier eSIM configured and 12 months of data included. Physical SIM slots stay open for your corporate, carrier-direct, or FirstNet accounts.

How The Cases Work

Walkthrough Of The ToughSignal Systems

Our team opens the cases up and shows what is inside each one, how the antennas and battery systems are integrated, and how the three models differ in the field.

The Three Systems

Basecamp, Ascent, And Summit

The three cases share the same engineering approach and support program. They differ in how many internet connections they carry, how much battery they hold, and how far they have to travel.

Battery runtime, cellular throughput, and carrier availability vary with signal conditions, network congestion, connected equipment, environment, and system configuration. None of the cases should be treated as waterproof while operating with cooling vents or external connections in use. Starlink service requires an active Starlink subscription unless stated otherwise with your configuration.

RoamLink Connectivity

The Data Plan Ships With The Case

Every ToughSignal system is provisioned with RoamLink multi-carrier eSIM connectivity and 12 months of included data, so the case works the day it lands on your dock. RoamLink is our own carrier platform — one bill, multiple networks, no per-site SIM procurement. Physical SIM slots stay available for corporate carrier-direct accounts and FirstNet, and our team can help configure supported customer SIMs alongside RoamLink.

Deployments We Support

Where These Cases Go To Work

Emergency Response & Continuity

Mobile command posts, EOC backup, and disaster recovery connectivity that runs on battery when local infrastructure and power are gone.

Broadcast, Media & Live Events

Bonded cellular for livestreaming, production networks, and ticketing or POS at venues where nobody is trenching fiber for a three-day show.

Construction & Remote Worksites

Day-one internet for trailers, survey crews, and cameras before the utility connection is ever scheduled.

Temporary & Pop-Up Offices

Full office connectivity for a suite, a clinic, or a leased floor while circuits are pending, with Ethernet for downstream switches and APs.

Network Failover For Branch Sites

A staged case per region that ships to whichever location loses its primary circuit, managed centrally in InControl2.

Aviation, Utilities & Field Fleets

Portable systems that ride with crews, ground ops, and inspection teams and keep GPS-aware connectivity moving with them.

Support And Procurement

What You Get Besides The Hardware

ToughCare Is Included

Component warranty support, system preconfiguration, connection setup documentation, and same-business-day technical support with a four-hour response SLA on normal operation of the system.

ToughCare+ For Critical Operations

24/7 technical support and an escalated two-hour response SLA. Multi-year coverage extensions are available; full terms are in the applicable ToughCare service-level agreement.

Configured Before It Ships

Router firmware, WAN policies, SpeedFusion licensing, SSIDs, and SIM provisioning are set up to your deployment plan, so the case is a working network on arrival rather than a project.

Business Pricing And POs

Formal quotes, purchase orders, net terms on approval, fleet pricing on multi-unit orders, and standardized configurations so units two through twenty match unit one.

Engineered For Your Deployment

Multiple ToughSignal systems can be designed to work together for added WAN redundancy. Custom network engineering and specialized requirements are available through ToughSignal Enterprise Support.
