Once connected, the dongle allows supported devices to be monitored, configured, and updated wirelessly through the VictronConnect app on compatible smartphones, tablets, and computers.
This makes the dongle particularly useful for BlueSolar MPPT charge controllers, BMV-700 series battery monitors, and Phoenix Inverters with VE.Direct connectivity. This revision also supports VE.Smart Networking, allowing compatible Victron devices to exchange battery voltage and temperature information wirelessly
