The Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 is a 30A solar charge controller designed to efficiently convert power from a solar array into controlled charging for 12V and 24V battery systems. It is a strong fit for RV, marine, overland, off-grid, and stationary solar installations.
Built-in Bluetooth provides direct access to configuration, monitoring, historical data, and firmware updates through the VictronConnect app. A VE.Direct communication port also allows the controller to integrate with compatible GX devices and other Victron monitoring equipment. The SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 automatically detects 12V or 24V battery systems on initial setup and uses Victron's adaptive charging technology to manage battery charging efficiently.
Smart Monitoring and Optimized Solar Charging
The SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 uses Victron's ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking technology to continuously find the optimum operating point of the solar array. This is especially useful during changing cloud cover or partial shading, where available solar power can vary throughout the day.
