The Victron Lynx Distributor M10 gives your DC power system a clean, serviceable, and expandable foundation. Instead of stacking cables on battery posts or building a one-off fuse layout, the Lynx Distributor provides a centralized positive and negative busbar with four fuse-protected connection points for batteries, inverter/chargers, DC loads, and charging equipment.
Designed for 12V, 24V, and 48V systems, this module is rated for 1000A continuous DC current and fits into Victron’s modular Lynx Distribution System. It is well-suited for RV, van, marine, overland, and off-grid installations where high-current wiring needs to be organized, protected, and easy to inspect.
When paired with a Lynx Smart BMS, up to four Lynx Distributors can communicate fuse status for monitoring through compatible Victron system displays and tools. The unit also includes front-panel LED indicators for power and fuse status, helping installers and system owners identify blown or missing fuses faster.
Product Role
The Victron Lynx Distributor M10 helps distribute and protect high-current DC circuits in a mobile power system.
It can help support:
- Cleaner DC wiring layouts for batteries, inverter/chargers, solar chargers, alternator chargers, and DC loads
- Four fuse-protected positive circuits using MEGA fuses
- Easier visual fuse status checks through front-panel LED indicators
- Modular expansion with compatible Victron Lynx components
Why It Matters
A reliable mobile power system is not just about choosing the right inverter or battery bank. The DC distribution layer is what ties the system together. Poorly organized high-current wiring can make troubleshooting harder, reduce serviceability, and complicate future upgrades.
The Lynx Distributor M10 helps create a more professional DC backbone for systems that may include lithium batteries, inverter power, shore charging, solar charging, alternator charging, DC loads, monitoring, and battery management. In a well-designed installation, it helps keep major circuits organized and properly fused while leaving room for future system growth.
Best For
- RV and van electrical systems with multiple high-current DC circuits
- Marine and overland power systems using Victron Lynx components
- Lithium battery systems built around a compatible Lynx Smart BMS
- Inverter/charger, solar charger, DC load, and battery distribution layouts
- Installations that need clean service access and visible fuse status
- 12V, 24V, or 48V mobile and off-grid DC systems
Key Features
- 1000A Continuous DC Rating: Supports high-current 12V, 24V, and 48V power systems when properly designed and installed
- Four Fuse-Protected Circuits: Provides four positive connection points designed for MEGA fuses
- Integrated Negative Busbar: Keeps positive and negative DC distribution organized in one modular enclosure
- Fuse Status LEDs: Front-panel indicators help identify blown or missing fuses
- Lynx Smart BMS Communication: Can send fuse and operational status to a Lynx Smart BMS when used in a compatible system
- RJ10 Cable Included: Includes a 40 cm RJ10 cable used for power and communication with compatible Lynx devices
- Modular Lynx System Design: Connects with compatible Lynx Power In, Lynx Shunt VE.Can, and Lynx Smart BMS modules
System Integration
The Lynx Distributor M10 fits into Victron’s Lynx Distribution System as a fused DC distribution module. It can be used alongside a Lynx Smart BMS in Victron Lithium Smart battery systems or with a Lynx Shunt VE.Can in systems where battery monitoring is handled separately. It can also be used as a standalone fused busbar when fuse indication is not required, although the LEDs require RJ10 power from a compatible Lynx device or an appropriate external 5V supply.
This M10 version uses M10 busbar interconnection points for joining Lynx modules together. The fuse and cable connections remain M8, so system cabling and lugs should be planned accordingly. MEGA fuses are required and are sold separately.

Off-Grid Power Systems
are built around more than selling individual Victron parts. This MultiPlus-II is part of a curated mobile power ecosystem designed to help customers move from uncertainty to system confidence.
With MobileMustHave, customers get access to practical product selection, Victron-compatible system thinking, curated bundle components, education, documentation, and real support from a team that understands RV, van, overland, marine, and mobile off-grid use cases.
That matters because the right inverter/charger is only one part of a successful build. The real value comes from knowing how the inverter, batteries, solar charging, cabling, monitoring, and system protection are intended to work together.
