Epoch 48V 100Ah V2 Elite Series LiFePO4 Batttery (5.12kWh)
The Epoch 48V 100Ah V2 LiFePO4 Battery is a high-capacity lithium battery system built for serious 48V power applications. With 51.2V nominal voltage, 100Ah capacity, and 5.12kWh of stored energy, it is designed for RV, marine, solar, off-grid, backup, and mobile energy systems.
This Elite Series battery includes Bluetooth monitoring, self-heating, IP67 enclosure protection, over-the-air software updates, and an advanced BMS with integrated protection features. It also supports wired communication with Victron GX devices through the battery’s Victron communication port when configured properly.
For larger 48V systems, the C48100A can support up to 16 batteries in parallel for increased capacity. Multi-battery systems should use matching batteries, proper overcurrent protection, appropriate cabling, and the correct DIP switch and communication setup for the full battery bank.
This battery is designed for 48V deep-cycle house power and auxiliary energy storage, not as a general-purpose starting battery. It can support demanding off-grid and mobile power systems when the full system is properly designed around battery capacity, inverter size, charging equipment, cable ampacity, fuse ratings, operating temperature, and expected current draw.
The C48100A is rated for 150A maximum continuous discharge, with a 300A discharge rating for up to 30 seconds. Actual runtime and performance depend on inverter efficiency, DC conversion losses, temperature, battery age, cabling, BMS limits, duty cycle, and the real loads being powered.
