The Epoch C12460A V2 12V 460Ah LiFePO4 Battery is a high-capacity lithium battery system built for serious 12V deep-cycle power applications. With 12.8V nominal voltage, 460Ah capacity, and 5.888kWh of stored energy, it is designed for RV, marine, solar, off-grid, backup, and mobile energy systems.
This Elite Series V2 battery includes Bluetooth monitoring, self-heating, low-temperature charge protection, and high-current output capability for demanding mobile power systems. It is designed around prismatic LiFePO4 cells in a Group 8D-style footprint, giving customers a large-capacity lithium storage option for properly designed 12V systems.
This listing is specifically for the Epoch C12460A V2 battery. Epoch has also released a newer V2T version, which is a different model and should not be assumed to have the same configuration or compatibility details.
This battery is designed for 12V deep-cycle house power and auxiliary energy storage, not as a general-purpose starting battery unless Epoch confirms compatibility for the specific application. It can support demanding RV, marine, and off-grid loads when the full system is properly designed around battery capacity, inverter size, charging equipment, cable ampacity, fuse ratings, operating temperature, and expected current draw.
The C12460A V2 is rated for 230A maximum continuous discharge, with short-duration discharge ratings up to 500A for 30 seconds and 1,300A for 1 second. Actual runtime and performance depend on inverter efficiency, DC conversion losses, temperature, battery age, cabling, BMS limits, duty cycle, and the real loads being powered.
