Introducing the Victron Energy Busbar 250A 4P + Cover

The Victron Energy Busbar 250A 4P + Cover is a high-current DC distribution point designed to create clean, secure connections between batteries and multiple DC devices. Rated for up to 250A and 70V DC, it provides four high-current connection points for RV, marine, overland, off-grid, battery-storage, and other DC electrical installations.

The busbar uses a tin-plated copper conductor with four 5/16-inch / 8 mm stainless-steel terminal studs, providing a centralized connection point for appropriately sized battery cables and DC equipment. A removable protective cover is included to help shield the terminals while keeping the installation organized and accessible for service.

High-Current DC Distribution and Secure Connections

Using a dedicated busbar simplifies DC wiring by allowing multiple circuits to share a common positive or negative distribution point instead of stacking numerous cable lugs directly on a battery terminal. This can make battery banks, inverter systems, chargers, solar equipment, and other high-current DC installations easier to organize, expand, and maintain.

Victron specifies a 250A maximum current rating and 70V DC maximum voltage rating for this model. The internal busbar strip is constructed from 5 × 24 mm tin-plated copper, while the four stainless-steel terminal studs use tin-plated copper hex nuts.
