These VHB Discs don't have screw holes in the middle of them like some competitor options do. I am a little concerned with what would happen if my RV Roof came unglued from the plywood underneath and would prefer screws as a secondary anchoring option. However, these are extremely sticky and should do the job. Time will tell.
Thanks for your review! I totally understand the concern. These mounts are designed to rely on 3M VHB adhesive rather than screws. It avoids screw holes to prevent drilling into the roof and creating potential leak points. When properly installed on a clean surface, VHB creates an extremely strong bond and is widely used in automotive and RV applications.
