Peplink PrimeCare is Peplink’s standard support and service subscription that keeps your router protected and fully managed. 

PrimeCare is included with purchase for the first year but can be extended. PrimeCare includes:

  • InControl 2 Cloud Management – Monitor, configure, and manage your device remotely.
  • SpeedFusion Support – Enables Hot Failover, WAN Smoothing, and other SpeedFusion features.
  • Standard Hardware Warranty – Hardware protection for the duration of your PrimeCare subscription.
  • Firmware & Security Updates – Access to the latest firmware releases.

PrimeCare is available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year coverage options in most cases, check the listing page for details for each product.  PrimeCare provides the essential coverage most users need to keep their network stable, secure, and fully supported.

Peplink PrimeCare+

Peplink PrimeCare+ includes everything found in standard PrimeCare, plus enhanced hardware protection for maximum uptime.

  • Advance Hardware Replacement (RMA) – Peplink ships a replacement device before you return the defective unit.
  • Premium Hardware Warranty – Enhanced protection beyond the standard PrimeCare warranty.
  • Priority Support Handling – Faster response and escalation through Peplink support.
  • Includes all features of PrimeCare such as InControl 2 and SpeedFusion.

PrimeCare+ is available in 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year options based on what is displayed on the product page.  PrimeCare+ is ideal for customers who need minimal downtime and the highest level of device protection.

Manage Devices Remotely with InControl2

InControl2 is Peplink's cloud-based endpoint management system. When connected to your devices, it aggregates data to generate useful reports on all aspects of your network. On a single screen, you can push configurations to any and all of your endpoints. If you need to dig deeper, you can remotely access the web admin of any device on your network.

For most MobileMustHave customers this features is not required, but it does allow your device to be accessible to you via the cloud.  This can be an advantage if you would like to remotely control your device, track your vehicles location (if GPS is enabled), and allow support access to remote in (when permission is granted).

InControl2 is included with all router purchases for 1-Year and is included with EssentialCare and PrimeCare Warranty Renewal Options. 

SmartCare Warranty

Peplink SmartCare optional extended warranty packages provide customers with Incontrol2 cloud management licensing, software updates, firmware updates, and extended factory warranty support with Advanced Replacement support for devices deemed defective by Peplink's warranty support department. SmartCare is a cost effective and convenient way to extend the warranty coverage of your Peplink device for customers who need Advanced Replacement services, and for customer's who have a Peplink device that is out of warranty and require warranty re-instatement. Warranty and license purchases are non-refundable due to manufacturer policies.

  • Hardware Warranty with Advanced Replacement (a fully-refundable deposit may be required to cross-ship replacement device)

Peplink EssentialCare optional extended warranty packages provide customers with Incontrol2 cloud management licensing, software updates, firmware updates, and extended factory warranty support for devices deemed defective by Peplink's warranty support department. EssentialCare is a cost effective and convenient way to extend the warranty coverage of your Peplink device for customers who do not need advanced replacement support. Note that EssentialCare cannot be purchased for devices outside of existing warranty. Warranty and license purchases are non-refundable due to manufacturer policies.
