Mobilecare Advanced Replacement Service. We recognize many of our customers cannot wait a week for a warranty replacement from the manufacturer while traveling on the road using products purchased from MobileMustHave.com. That is why we have introduced the Mobilecare Advanced Replacement Service. Warranties are provided by the manufacturer of your products, not by MobileMustHave.com but we can assist if you need a device replaced in a hurry for a small fee. Why do we charge a fee? We have to manage the warranty process with the manufacturer for the defective device, we provide our customers with a modem immediately out of our inventory and are then provided a replacement modem by the manufacturer that can no longer be sold as new. We also cover the shipping of the modem to and from the customer. To cover the administration costs of this service, we charge a fee for our service and a refundable deposit that we credit back once the defective unit is returned to us. Fee and deposit structure below.

Advanced Replacement Fee: $99.00 (waived if device purchased within 30 days)
Fully Refundable Deposit: $500.00

Advanced Replacement Program is offered as a courtesy only to customers who purchased devices from MobileMustHave.com for devices with a minimum of 90 days of remaining factory warranty . This service is offered as a courtesy to our customers on a per incident basis approved at the sole discretion of MobileMustHave.  

If you purchased your product from MobileMustHave.com, the device has a minimum of 90 days of factory warranty remaining and the unit has been determined by our Support Team to be defective, then you are eligible for this service. 

We will cover the cost of shipping via UPS Ground Service as part of this service, if you wish to use a faster shipping service choose it at checkout. We will immediately ship you a replacement unit and will refund your deposit less the Advanced Replacement Fee listed above once your modem is returned to our facility. 


Advanced Replacement Terms & Conditions: 

This service is offered as a courtesy to our customers on a per incident basis approved at the sole discretion of MobileMustHave. This service is only offered on devices with a minimum of 90 days remaining on the factory warranty. Upon purchasing Mobilecare Advanced Replacement we will charge your credit card the amount lsited above which includes a refundable deposit outlined above. We will ship you a replacement unit immediately once your deposit is received using a new order number which will appear as a zero dollar order under "My Account" on MobileMustHave.com. The replacement modem will be fully tested with a manufacturer warranty term at or beyond that of your original purchase.  In order to receive your deposit back you must return the old modem in like-new condition with all original packing materials and accessories. You must return the device using the pre-paid shipping label we provide you. Do not use your own shipping service. 

Once you return the old unit, your your refunable deposit less the Advanced Replacement fee will be refunded to you in full.  If you do not return the unit within 14 days, we will charge the card on file the balance of the retail purchase price of the modem plus any applicable shipping so please ensure you send the unit back to us in a timely manner. You must agree to these terms to proceed with an advanced replacement.

Advance Replacement

It was great to get the replacement without first having to wait for the return to clear. Meanwhile I was able to stay online with limited functionality waiting for the advance replacement . Okay

Earned a faithful customer.

I recently had an issue with my cellular modem which was completely outside of the control of MobileMustHave. Despite this they stepped up and went above and beyond. There is no way this company could do more to earn my trust and continued patronage.I was able to get back on line and back on the road in very short order based on their helpful action and exceptional customer service.
