I like your products. Though I’m surprised that you eliminate some simple features when the warranty expired. For example, I can no longer see the status of my 5G and WAN (Starlink) connections in InControl2. It’s a tead-only feature.
Thanks for sharing your experience! What you are referring to is Peplink's PrimeCare warranty. You get one free year when you purchase a Peplink router. After that, you must renew to have access to PrimeCare features. The primary features that are included with PrimeCare are: InControl access, hardware warranty coverage, and SpeedFusion capabilities. You can always renew, even if your coverage lapses!
