First great order fulfillment from MMH. It was fast and well packaged. As for the thermostat, it was a truly plug and play for the Coleman version thermostat #355. It truly took less than 30 minutes including configuration. I can now sit it my home and check, change or monitor what is happening in the rv that is garaged 500 yards away. I would recommend to anyone.

Lack of clear documentation makes setup a lot of hit and miss. Still don't know how some of the functions are supposed to do or if they are compatible with my system. The user shouldn't have to go on endless internet searches just to find YouTube videos. Be nice if the company actually had a tech department you could chat with.
