That being said, this is the 1st time that we've received this complaint in almost 2 years of carrying Blu Tech products, so there may be a factor specific to your situation that is causing the kinks. We purchased the 25' version of this hose and it works Great! But, some campgrounds we go to have the pedestal at the rear of the site and it takes 30' or more.
Good quality hose wit great quick connects
Its been 4 weeks, it seems pretty durable and high quality, but it kinks easily and is hard to unkink because of the material. Also, if you feed it through your rv storage water area be careful as it will fray over time and leave very painful steel needles that will stab you every time you wrap or unwrap the hose...not ideal...
