I bought this mount for the roof of my truck. I am using the magnetic mounting option. I have travelled about 1000 miles so far at speeds up to 85 MPH and the mount hasn't moved at all.
Magnet is so strong, is not going anywhere. Went to salt Lake and back to Los Angeles with nonissue of staying on the roof.
I chose the Veritas standard mount with magnetic option, mounted on the roof of our class A motorhome, drove from Phoenix to Kings Canyon National Park and back, mount stayed secure all the way there and back, we had starlink internet the whole time with no problems, Starlink and Veritas a great combination!
