It is too hard to get a person on the phone. Written exchanges produced a lot of standard information that did not address my problem. I'm pretty technical and when I have a problem, it is usually a real problem.

Due to the size of our support team and the general inefficiency of over-the-phone technical support, we do not take incoming calls for troubleshooting. The phone number is listed for customer service-related issues and for new customers who want to learn about our products.
That being said, you can reach our support team via email at info@mobilemusthave.com for technical support requests, and they are very good about getting back to customers and helping them solve their support issues in a timely fashion. For this particular situation, there is no need to email them, as they are already aware of your situation. A member of that team will be reaching out to you shorty to help you get this matter resolved.
I purchase a Max BR1 Pro to take place of the LCI gateway in my RV It was sold to me to be a direct replacement and that I would have customer support for the LCI replacement.. So far this is not true and aside from basic set up which I paid for and being an insider member Tech support has not been helpful in solving my issues , They tell me they do not help beyond basic set up.. Note I have not set up a router in the past and have no experience but I am learning. It has been very frustrating and I am now thinking that I should have gone with the LCI system upgrade.. New users be ware it is not easy to set up

That being said, the issue here is not that the setup process for the BR1 Pro 5G is overly complicated, as we perform the whole setup process for you with Mobilecare. The problem here is that your use case is complex and is unfortunately outside the scope of our expertise. RV Smart Systems (like OneControl) are designed by the RV manufacturer and are different from one manufacture to the next. Mobilecare is a service that was created to provide expert configuration of the routers that we carry on our site, not to integrate them into RV Smart Systems.
I can tell you with the utmost confidence that the BR1 Pro 5G will absolutely outperform the LCI gateway that you replaced it with. You're just going to have to find the right resources to integrate it with OneControl. I'm going to do some digging and email you with some links and ideas to point you in the right direction. Don't hesitate to respond to that email with any follow-up questions
