Each kit includes internal band-mounted sensors that are installed securely inside the wheel, providing a clean, protected monitoring solution without external components attached to the valve stems. The sensors measure both tire pressure and temperature, reading data every 12 seconds and transmitting routine updates to the display every five minutes. When a programmed pressure or temperature limit is exceeded, the system immediately activates its warning functions rather than waiting for the next standard transmission interval.

Wide-Screen Color Display with Actionable Alerts

The included 3.5-inch wide-screen color display provides simultaneous tire-pressure and temperature information for fast, convenient review from the driver’s seat. The rechargeable display includes automatic dimming for changing light conditions and supports pressure readings in PSI or BAR and temperature readings in Fahrenheit or Celsius.

Programmable alarm thresholds can be configured by axle, helping operators account for different tire specifications across the vehicle and trailer. When a monitored tire moves outside the selected parameters, the system provides audible, visual, and textual warnings, identifying the affected tire and the type of condition detected. Alerts include:

• High tire pressure
• Low tire pressure
• High tire temperature
• Rapid air loss
• Low sensor battery

The audible alarm can be temporarily silenced, while the red warning indicator continues flashing until the tire returns to the programmed operating range.

Internal Sensors for a Clean, Protected Installation

Unlike external valve-stem sensors, the included sensors mount inside the wheel using a band-clamp installation. This protects the monitoring hardware from casual removal, impact, and external exposure while preserving normal access to the tire’s valve stem.

For proper installation, each sensor should be mounted in the center well of the wheel, positioned 180 degrees from the valve stem, and secured so it cannot rotate or move laterally. Tire removal, reinstallation, inflation, and balancing are required, so installation should be completed by qualified tire-service personnel.

For dual-wheel applications, the wheel assemblies must be positioned with their valve stems 180 degrees apart to support correct pairing of the internal TPMS sensors.

Included Signal Repeater for Dependable Vehicle Coverage

Every system includes a weather-resistant signal repeater that strengthens communication between the internal tire sensors and the cab-mounted display. The repeater connects to a constant 12-volt power source while driving and requires no additional programming. Proper repeater installation is especially important for long motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and other configurations where distance or vehicle construction may reduce wireless signal strength.

Expandable Monitoring for Complex Vehicle Configurations

The TST 507 display can support up to four trailers and as many as 115 tire positions, including spare tires. This scalability allows the same monitoring platform to accommodate changing vehicle combinations, additional trailers, or future sensor expansion without replacing the primary display. Unused trailer or towing-vehicle tire icons can also be removed from the screen for a cleaner operating view.

Choose the kit that matches the current application:

• 4-Sensor System: Suitable for four-wheel vehicles and compact trailer applications
• 6-Sensor System: Suitable for three-axle or six-wheel configurations
• 8-Sensor System: Suitable for larger multi-axle vehicles and trailer arrangements

The only difference between these kit options is the number of included internal sensors.

Long-Life Internal Sensor Operation

Internal sensor batteries provide approximately four years of service depending on usage. Each sensor is programmed to a specific tire position using its unique six-digit identification code, allowing the display to associate pressure and temperature readings with the correct wheel location. Internal sensors begin transmitting readings after they are paired with the display.
