The Victron Energy Busbar 150A 4P + Cover is a compact high-current DC distribution point designed to create clean, secure connections between batteries and DC equipment. Rated for up to 150A and 70V DC, it provides four high-current stud connections for RV, marine, overland, off-grid, battery-storage, and other low-voltage DC electrical systems.

Using a dedicated busbar helps simplify system wiring by providing a common positive or negative connection point instead of stacking multiple cable lugs directly onto a battery terminal. This can make battery banks, charging equipment, inverters, DC loads, and distribution wiring easier to organize, service, and expand. Victron supplies the busbar with a removable protective cover for additional protection around the terminal area.

High-Current Distribution in a Compact Format

The 150A 4P Busbar uses four stainless-steel 1/4-inch / 6.35 mm terminal studs with tin-plated copper hex nuts. Internally, a tin-plated copper busbar strip carries current between the connection points, providing a centralized path for properly sized DC cables and equipment connections.

The enclosure combines a black ABS base with a clear polycarbonate cover, allowing the terminal area to remain protected while still being visible for inspection. With the cover installed, the four-terminal model measures approximately 45 × 152.4 × 31.8 mm and weighs about 0.2 kg / 0.4 lb, making it practical for electrical compartments where mounting space is limited.
