This license gave me the ability to configure my 3rd party OpenVPN (Strong VPN) to run on my Max BR1 Pro 5G router. Once configured and after teaching myself how to manage it’s very robust. This is not for the faint of heart or someone not competent in use of their router or VPN service. Neither Mobile Must Have nor Pepwave really offer good tech support on this product, they’d rather you use the Peplink VPN service.

I have Starlink that I use in both the US and Canada but for access to servers for work I must have an IP from the US. Even when in the US but near the Canadian border this was becoming problematic. With OpenVPN WAN I can run my starlink through the Pepwave and have it think I am in the US and able to get to all my work stuff, even when legit being in Canada. Easy setup following my VPN suppliers instructions
Not great. We wish we had known we had to get a vPN service price to purchasing OpenVPN. We basically lost our points. 😢
I only had one issue with the purchase, but it wasn't particularly a MobileMustHave issue, in fact, MMH resolved the problem quickly when I made them aware of it. The license was supposed to come with a notification from OpenVPN with the license. However, after waiting for I believe 1 or 2 days, I ended up messaging MMH and they sent me the key. So as far as I'm concerned, MMH is 5-star, however, they need to figure out how to resolve the issue of whatever caused the delay.
