Give your ToughDisplay™ a clean, professional, factory-installed appearance with the ToughDisplay Flush Mount Bezel Kit.
Designed specifically for the 2.8-inch ToughDisplay, this bezel kit allows the display to be recessed into walls, cabinets, dashboards, switch panels, equipment enclosures, and other flat mounting surfaces while maintaining full touchscreen functionality and visibility.
The flush mount bezel replaces the original front face of the ToughDisplay case and uses the factory hardware for installation. Simply remove the four screws from the rear of the ToughDisplay, remove the original front face, install the new flush mount bezel included in this kit, and reinstall the original screws to secure the assembly.
The bezel creates a finished look that blends well into RV, marine, vehicle, and mobile networking installations. Its textured gloss finish closely resembles the appearance of molded ABS plastic commonly found in RV DC control centers, switch panels, and monitoring systems.
Whether installed in a motorhome, travel trailer, expedition vehicle, boat, service truck, or custom control panel, the flush mount bezel helps ToughDisplay look like it was designed into the installation from the start.
The bezel is made from PETG plastic and is suitable for high-heat applications commonly found in RVs and similar environments.
The kit includes a 90-degree USB-C adapter that allows the factory ToughDisplay USB-C cable to work with the flush mount bezel. This allows the cable to exit straight out from the rear of the ToughDisplay, helping accommodate wall thickness and recessed mounting applications.
The included screws are black Phillips self-tapping screws measuring 3/4 inch long. They are suitable for use with a variety of mounting surfaces, including sheet metal, plastic, and similar panel materials.
This flush mount bezel kit is designed for the ToughDisplay 2.8-inch version. ToughDisplay unit sold separately unless otherwise specified.
