Roamlink Connect comes with a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. Refund request must be within 7 days from activation and usage must be under 20GB to for a complete refund. Refunds requested within 7 days from date of purchase and exceeding 20GB of usage will be refunded the purchase price minus the monthly fee for internet access. Devices returned outside of the initial seven days are not eligible for a refund of the device rental fee.

I work for a major healthcare company. I can take my Forrest River Motorhome out on the road and work from anywhere in the states. In one week i had only 1 dropped call but the signal was great with my 5g winegard antenna and the Basecamp retrofit. Just the best option for full timers that want a turn key solution. I changed from Travlfi to this new RoamLink Connect Solo and could not be more satisfied. It was so easy to set up and it just works! I get clear signals even when on the interstate. Wife watched a tv show on YoutubeTV. What can I say... Peplink equipment and this Roamlink service is nice. And now they have the portal up and running so you can see your usage. I was waiting for an app but this portal works fine and the date is helpful.

After running speed tests for the roam link and verzion jet pack, about 89% of time roam link is slower and is staying on T-Mobile when verzion is sometimes 500 yes 500% faster. When connected the roam link seems to connect at a slower speed I have ran the test from Nm, TX, Ar, Ok, Ne, and IA . Roam Links seems to drop more too.

I ordered the Roamlink Connect Solo 5G device on 11 February 2025, and it was delivered by UPS on 14 February 2025. The box showed no signs of wear and tear.
After opening the box and checking the contents, I followed the simple instructions. In no time, I had three green lights. I found the Wi-Fi network on my computer and joined the network using the provided password. I placed the router on my desk next to a window. The whole set up procedure could not have been any easier.
This morning, I checked the download/upload speeds using two different services. The results were quite respectable.
