Unlike a traditional data plan requiring a sim, with RoamLink the sim information is delivered via the cloud allowing your device to connect to the cellular network without a physical sim present. This has the added benefit of allowing multiple sims from multiple carriers to be provided to you as part of your plan. Should a certain plan not connect or have coverage, RoamLink moves to another network ensuring you always stay connected regardless of the carrier.
RoamLink works with eSIM or a physical SIM. This means that if your device is eSIM compatible, you can request activation same day of ordering. If your Peplink is not eSIM compatible, we will ship a SIM to you (free of charge). Most routers sold in 2023 and later are eSIM compatible, but all devices will allow a physical SIM to connect. At checkout you have the option of selecting your preferred method.

We've been on the RoamLink unlimited plan for a few weeks now and I'm really surprised at how much faster our internet connections are now. Previously, we've used separate plans from Verizon, T-Mobile, and ATT and the speeds have been good. With RoamLink, we're regularly seeing speeds up to 600 Mbps down! I've only been using the RoamLink data plan for about 7 weeks so far, but the experience has been fantastic! I'm a full-time RVer and remote worker, and when I was planning for my full-timing experience, internet was the element I was most nervous about. My job requires me to have consistent, high speed internet that needs to be able to support ~4-6 hours of video calls a day, as well as standard internet browsing at other times of day. I work - remote, online - full-time, and a reliable connection is essential. Starlink is good but has its limitations with vegetation and network congestion. I'd previously used a MMH cellular plan as backup, but that was equally hit or miss depending on the carrier's coverage in the area. RoamLink is a huge step forward, and so far has consistently established a connection across one of the networks it can access everywhere we have gone. That, paired with my PepLink router, means that when Starlink is partially obstructed, my video calls stay up and run smoothly. Huge upgrade.
I've had it for a month, and so far everything is working perfectly.
