Installation was pretty easy. Your support team helped greatly. I had to update my Peplink router firmware to the latest edition, but every step was covered by your detailed instructions.

Not a tech guy ,once I was able to reach a live person the install was understood,,,my unit was already in my used rv,,I had no idea how to work this unit so I decided to give it a try glad I did,I started watching YouTube videos on the pepwave devices and how they worked with cell towers,this got me now ask8ng the people were I stay in the parker dam area of lake havasu,az,and I found out that Verizon was the only carrier in my area,so I purchased the roaming sim card ,it pulls in the only tower around verizon,works great ,,but I think The tower gets Overloaded with users or we get throttled,because on certain times of the day ,we get no service ???bummer. But I still am very glad to get tv even if it's sporadic. Something to think about.
Best rv internet hands down. Starlink stays in the tote for backup only.
