Followed the instructions and my Balance 20x connected.
So far working great. Usually not much service at the lake and was really strong this time. Also better service while at moms and still great when at the house.

I followed the instructions and changed the attribute settings as requested but it isn't working. Mobile must have will only fix it by logging in to my router which is a security issue in my book. I am not very happy at the moment.
However, mobile must have has typically done right by me so I expect them to fix it eventually,

I understand your security concerns but rest assured that our InControl organizations are secure and only accessible by MMH technicians. That being said, one of our Support Technicians has reached out to you with other troubleshooting options if you don't want to provide InControl access. Support will generally be quicker with remote access, but it's not the only option for support. Please let our support team know if you have any follow-up questions after you receive their email.
Really appreciate the flexibility this card provides - not tied to a specific provider. We travel a lot, and this card connects with the best-presence provider in our area. It is nice to 'set and forget', meaning we do not have to worry about what sim cards are installed in what modem and which provider has the best presence in our area when we arrive. Truly the next evolutionary step in sim card space for flexibility.
