Affiliate Terms
This agreement between the company and the affiliate marketer is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review the important affiliate terms that both parties must agree to.
Commission Rate
The commission rate is the percentage of the sale that the affiliate marketer will receive as compensation for promoting MobileMustHave products and services. This rate will be agreed upon by both parties before the affiliate marketer starts promoting the product.
Product Exceptions
MobileMustHave reserve's the right to exclude products from receiving the commission rate. Currently our affiliates do not receive payouts on Starlink products. Our list of which products are eligible for commission payments may change at any time at our sole descreton.
Payment Terms
Our payment system is designed to ensure that you receive your earnings without any hassle. Payments are processed through PayPal or via direct ACH deposit and are made on a monthly basis, as long as you meet the minimum payment threshold of $300. We want to make sure that you get paid promptly and easily, so we ask that you complete a W9 form to verify your payment information. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with any third party without your consent. We also want to let you know that we are constantly reviewing and updating our payment policies to ensure that they are fair and transparent, so please note that these policies are subject to change.
Platform and Link Guidelines
MobileMustHave uses the third-party platform GrowthHero to manage affiliate relationships. This platform is an essential tool for affiliates, as it provides access to detailed information about their links and reporting. To ensure that you're receiving the proper compensation, it's crucial that you use the link provided by GrowthHero or you will not receive credit for your affiliate sales.
Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted to use the MobileMustHave brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliates section of the MobileMustHave website. Logos and other assets cannot be modified. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to these materials.The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of MobileMustHave and will never advertise MobileMustHave products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with MobileMustHave.The Affiliate will never represent themselves, MobileMustHave or their relationship with MobileMustHave in a false or misleading way.The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing MobileMustHave.
Affiliate Approval Guidelines
Filling out an affiliate application form is the first step towards getting approved for our affiliate program. However, it is important to note that completing the application does not guarantee approval. Our team carefully reviews each application to ensure that it meets our requirements and standards. We evaluate your website and social media content quality, audience demographics, and marketing strategy. Our evaluation process is fair and impartial.
Promotion Guidelines
MobileMustHave is committed to supporting our affiliates with basic branding materials such as logo’s. We understand that branding is a crucial aspect of any successful marketing campaign, and we want to ensure that our affiliates have access to what they need to promote our products effectively. Upon request, we cano provide other content to help our affiliates achieve their marketing goals and contribute to the success of our affiliate program as a whole.
Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice. If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from MobileMustHave will be paid for any past or future customer transactions. If MobileMustHave chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than $25 USD will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than $25 will be forfeited.
Confidentiality Clause
As an affiliate marketer, it is expected that you maintain confidentiality regarding any insider information that you may have access to. This is crucial because it ensures that the company's products or services, as well as their customers, are safeguarded.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Arbitration
All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the State of New Hampshire. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
