Multiple Product Orders
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

MobileMustHave.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Privacy On Other Websites
We will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund may be granted on a case by case basis by emailing email@example.com however a 15% restocking fee will apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled condition free of defects, marks or scratches. It must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within an outer box. Do not affix shipping labels directly to the product box or the return will not be accepted.
Macerator and sanitation products are excluded from return once they have been installed. This is due to health and safety reasons. If you experience an issue with a macerator or sanitation product you are covered by the manufacturers warranty and they will work to resolve your issue within the warranty period. Livinlite.net will make reasonable efforts to assist in putting you in contact with the manufacturer and ensuring your issue is resolved. Special Order Items
Items listed as special order on our website such as custom cables or modems that we do not regularly stock are non-returnable. Items noted as special order are listed on the listing page as such. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com
To initiate a return visit the "My Account" Page and click the "view details" link next to the order number that includes the item you wish to return. Once on the details page, click "Add New RMA" and follow the steps to return the item in question. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN RMA AUTHORIZATION WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS. DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION # OR YOUR REFUND MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. If you have issues with the return process including if you did not receive an RMA # please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your issue resolved.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, we will notify you that your refund has been proceed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credits usually appear within 5-10 business days based on your cardholder agreement.
To return your product, follow the instructions provided in the RMA approval email. Do not send items that you have not received a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) for. DO NOTE SEND RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE AS THAT ADDRESS DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. RETURN ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RMA #. See above on how to obtain an RMA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary. If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.

1 Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is in lieu of all other expressed or implied warranties.
Seller warrants title, materials and workmanship on all Fire Fight Products LLC (Fire Fight) extinguishers and related equipment, except components manufactured by others for which Seller assigns, as permitted, the original manufacturers warranty. Seller’s warranty shall be for a period of (1) year from the date to the original consumer purchase, during which non-conforming equipment returned to seller at buyer’s expense and risk will be repaired or replaced at seller’s option. Fire Fight will repair or replace products found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the period set forth above, provided the product has not been repaired or altered by anyone except Fire Fight. The product must not show signs of abuse, contamination, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring not our own, improper installation or servicing, or used in violation of instructions furnished by Fire Fight. The serial number must not be removed, defaced or otherwise changed. If, in the judgement of Fire Fight these conditions have been met, a no-cost replacement or recharge will be executed. The compensation action taken is to be decided by Fire Fight.
ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, IS IN EFFECT ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO GIVE ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF ITS PRODUCTS, FIRE FIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT OR FOR ANY INJURY, OR FOR ANY OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, BUYER IS NOT RELYING ON SELLER’S JUDGEMENT REGARDING HIS PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS AND HAS HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT TO HIS SATISFACTION.
All Fire Fight Products units are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. Shipping or other transportation considerations are not covered under this warranty. Recharge services:
We would like customers to look upon Fire Fight products as a “one-time purchase”. If your pressure gauge shows low pressure, relieve the balance of the pressure by turning the cylinder upside down and expend the pressure with the valve and ship the discharged container to us. We will refurbish the equipment, recharge and verify operation for $50 plus shipping. Call us for further information on discharging your extinguisher for shipping.
Please Note: Recharging services do not apply to our SS-20 aerosol model. Warranty is 1 (one) year exchange only on our SS-20.
Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, MobileMustHave.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. MobileMustHave.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MobileMustHave.com will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
